Bruce Waugh
With his architectural background, Bruce Waugh’s civil practice focuses primarily on construction disputes. Bruce has litigated and mediated more than 1,500 construction, business, and commercial cases and disputes over his 35-year career. Since 2012, his practice has been devoted exclusively to mediation.
Mr. Waugh’s practice focuses on construction law and construction mediation. He was vice-chair of the American Bar Association’s Fidelity & Surety Law Committee and a member of the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association’s Construction Law Committee.
