Michael G. Norris

Michael G. Norris was a founding member of Norris Keplinger Hicks & Welder, L.L.C. Mr. Norris is an experienced trial attorney who specialized in business litigation, construction law, and education law.  Mr. Norris serves as general counsel to the Boards of Education of the Olathe, Ottawa, and De Soto School Districts.

Mr. Norris is admitted to practice in both the state and federal courts in Kansas and Missouri and is also admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Norris is a member of the Johnson County Bar Association, the Kansas Bar Association, and the Council of School Attorneys.
